I know we cannot change life or the situations. But we can make it better by taking some small steps at a time.So, the question is how do we do it ??? I have couple of suggestions:-
1. Take a deep breath and say every morning "I can do it ".
2.Close your eyes and think what mistakes have you done.(Be honest- Nobody is judging you )
3.Correct your mistakes if you can or ask forgiveness ..( It takes a brave heart to say sorry )
4.Move ahead ..( Do not stay and get stuck in that pain full time)
5.Make a new routine , try to pick up one new activity which makes you happy.
These are some beginning steps. I am not trying to preach you neither I am saying that I can face it better than you, but trust me I have done this in my life and there was happiness in the end.As it is said:-
"Life! we have been long together,
Through pleasant and cloudy weather;
'Tis hard to part when friends are dear,
Perhaps 't will cost a sigh, a tear;
Then steal away give a little warning,
Choose thine own time;
Say not "Good night",but in some brighter clime
Bid me "Good morning."
